All payments made to Osoncorp OÜ are non-refundable.
Due to the nature of consulting, strategy, and digital services—where time, expertise, analysis, and resources are allocated upon engagement—we do not offer refunds for:

Digital, marketing, or analytics services

Partial or completed deliverables

Unused time or services
Once work has commenced, fees are considered earned.
2. Scope-Based Engagements
Each engagement is defined by a written proposal, agreement, or statement of work.
If an engagement is terminated early:

Fees for work already completed or in progress remain payable

No refunds will be issued for completed phases, sessions, or allocated resources
3. Exceptions
Refunds are not provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

Change of business priorities
